1. Digital-Only Products

Sparq Academy, operated by Sparq IT Services (India), exclusively offers digital educational products — including online course videos, execution frameworks, SOPs, Notion templates, and supporting resources. There are no physical goods associated with any purchase on this Platform. No shipping, handling, or courier charges will ever apply.

2. Instant Digital Delivery

Upon successful payment confirmation via Razorpay, course access is provisioned automatically and instantly to your registered account. The delivery flow is as follows:

• Payment is confirmed by Razorpay's webhook (real-time).
• Your enrolment record is created in our secure database (Supabase).
• You are redirected to your Learning Dashboard where the course is immediately available.
• A payment confirmation and course access email is sent to your registered email address within 5 minutes of payment.

3. Delivery Timeline

In virtually all cases, access is instant. However, in rare circumstances (such as payment gateway delays or server maintenance), access may take up to 30 minutes to be provisioned.

If you do not receive access within 30 minutes of a successful payment (where your bank/card has been debited), please contact us immediately at support@sparqacademy.in with the following details:

• Your registered email address.
• Your Razorpay Transaction/Payment ID (visible in your bank statement or Razorpay payment confirmation screen).
• The name of the course you purchased.
• Date and time of payment.

Our team will manually provision your access within 4 business hours of receiving your email.

4. Access Requirements

To access your purchased course content, you need:

• A modern web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge — latest two major versions).
• A stable internet connection for streaming course videos.
• A registered Sparq Academy account linked to the email used at purchase.

We do not offer offline downloads of course videos. Content is streamed via our secure platform to prevent unauthorised distribution.

5. Access Duration

All course purchases grant lifetime access to the enrolled content for the lifetime of the Platform, subject to continued compliance with our Terms of Service. We reserve the right to sunset older course versions as frameworks are updated; material updates will be communicated via email.

6. Supplementary Materials Delivery

Some courses may include downloadable supplementary materials (PDF frameworks, Notion templates, worksheets). These will be made available directly within the course dashboard as downloadable files. No email delivery of files is required; all downloads are accessible through your Learning Dashboard.
