Shipping & Delivery

1. No Physical Shipping

Sparq Academy, operated by Sparq IT Services (India), sells digital educational products and in-person coaching. There are no physical goods associated with any purchase, and no shipping, handling, or courier charges will ever apply. Nothing is dispatched to your address.

What you buy is delivered in one of two ways, described below:

• Online courses, bundles, and memberships — delivered electronically to your account, instantly.
• Offline coaching programmes — delivered in person at our Lucknow centre, on the schedule confirmed at admission.

2. Instant Digital Delivery

Upon successful payment confirmation via Razorpay, course access is provisioned automatically and instantly to your registered account. The delivery flow is as follows:

• Payment is confirmed by the Razorpay webhook (real-time).
• Your enrolment record is created in our secure database.
• You are redirected to your Learning Dashboard, where the course is immediately available.
• A payment confirmation and course access email is sent to your registered email address within 5 minutes of payment.

Memberships are provisioned the same way: library access is unlocked as soon as the first subscription payment is authorised, and remains available for as long as the subscription is active.

3. Delivery Timeline & Access Failures

In virtually all cases, access is instant. In rare circumstances (payment gateway delays or server maintenance), provisioning may take up to 30 minutes.

If you do not receive access within 30 minutes of a successful payment where your bank or card has been debited, contact us immediately at support@sparqacademy.in with:

• Your registered email address.
• Your Razorpay Transaction/Payment ID (visible in your bank statement or on the Razorpay confirmation screen).
• The name of the course, bundle, or plan you purchased.
• The date and time of payment.

Our team will manually provision your access within 4 business hours of receiving your email. If we cannot deliver access at all, you receive a full refund.

4. Offline Coaching — In-Person Delivery

Offline coaching is delivered as scheduled classroom sessions at our centre:

• Your batch, start date, days, and session timings are confirmed in writing at the time of admission. Those confirmed details are what govern delivery, not any indicative schedule shown on a programme page.
• Programme duration is fixed per programme (currently 12 or 16 weeks) and runs to the published number of sessions for your batch.
• Batches are capped at five students, so a seat is only delivered once admission is confirmed and the seat is allotted.
• Any supporting material used in class (frameworks, templates, worksheets) is made available to enrolled students in digital form. No printed material is couriered.
• If a session cannot run on its scheduled date, we will notify enrolled students, and either run a replacement session or move that session online. We do not drop sessions from a programme.
• Where circumstances beyond our control prevent in-person delivery, sessions may be delivered online for the affected period.
• Certificates for coaching programmes are issued on completion, in digital form to your registered email.

5. Access Requirements

To access your purchased online content, you need:

• A modern web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge — latest two major versions).
• A stable internet connection for streaming course videos.
• A registered Sparq Academy account linked to the email used at purchase.

We do not offer offline downloads of course videos. Content is streamed via our secure platform to prevent unauthorised distribution.

For offline coaching, you will need to bring a laptop to class; the specific requirements for your programme are confirmed during counselling.

6. Access Duration

• One-time course and bundle purchases grant lifetime access to the enrolled content for the lifetime of the Platform, subject to continued compliance with our Terms of Service.
• Membership access lasts for as long as the subscription is active and ends when it is cancelled or lapses.
• We reserve the right to sunset older course versions as frameworks are updated; material updates are communicated via email.

7. Supplementary Materials

Some courses and programmes include downloadable supplementary materials (PDF frameworks, Notion templates, worksheets). These are made available directly within the course dashboard as downloadable files. No email delivery of files is required; all downloads are accessible through your Learning Dashboard.
