At Sparq Academy, operated by Sparq IT Services (India), we stand behind the quality of our execution frameworks. We want you to be confident in your purchase. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are granted, in compliance with RBI guidelines on digital payments and consumer protection norms applicable in India.
We offer a 7-day refund window from the date of purchase for all our courses and execution frameworks. If you genuinely feel the content does not match the description provided on the course page, you may submit a refund request within this period.
This guarantee reflects our confidence in the quality of our frameworks. However, it is not intended to be a mechanism for accessing content for free.

Approved refunds are processed through Razorpay back to your original payment method. Processing timelines are as follows:
Razorpay-processed refunds are subject to RBI settlement timelines. Sparq IT Services (India) is not responsible for delays caused by your bank after the refund is initiated.
If your payment failed but your bank/card was debited, or if you were charged twice for the same transaction, please report this within 48 hours to support@sparqacademy.in with your transaction details. We will coordinate with Razorpay to resolve this as a priority within 5 business days.
RBI mandates that failed transaction auto-reversals occur within 5 business days for most payment modes. If you have not received an auto-reversal within this period, please contact us.
In accordance with Indian GST regulations, the GST component of the course fee is non-refundable once the supply of digital services has been initiated (i.e., once course access is granted). The refund, if approved, will be net of GST as per applicable rules.
