Refund Policy

1. Overview

At Sparq Academy, operated by Sparq IT Services (India), we stand behind the quality of our execution frameworks. We want you to be confident in your purchase. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are granted, in compliance with RBI guidelines on digital payments and consumer protection norms applicable in India.

2. 7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 7-day refund window from the date of purchase for all our courses and execution frameworks. If you genuinely feel the content does not match the description provided on the course page, you may submit a refund request within this period.

This guarantee reflects our confidence in the quality of our frameworks. However, it is not intended to be a mechanism for accessing content for free.

3. Refund Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a refund, all of the following conditions must be met:

• The refund request is submitted within 7 calendar days of the original transaction date.
• You have consumed less than 20% of the course content, as verified by our progress tracking system in Supabase.
• You provide a valid, substantive reason for the refund (e.g., content mismatch, technical inaccessibility). Vague reasons such as "I changed my mind" will not be accepted.
• Your account has not violated any provision of our Terms of Service.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

• The 7-day window has elapsed.
• More than 20% of the course content has been accessed.
• The account was terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service (e.g., account sharing, piracy, fraud).
• The purchase was made during a promotional or discounted sale (unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise).
• The request is a repeat refund claim on the same account (one refund per customer lifetime, regardless of the number of purchases).
• The refund reason does not meet our substantive review criteria.

5. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request:

• Email us at support@sparqacademy.in with the subject line: "Refund Request — [Your Order/Transaction ID]".
• Include your registered email address, the course name, your Razorpay Transaction ID, and your reason for requesting a refund.
• Our team will review your request within 3 business days and respond with approval or rejection.

6. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed through Razorpay back to your original payment method. Processing timelines are as follows:

• Credit/Debit Cards: 5–7 business days after approval.
• UPI/Net Banking: 3–5 business days after approval.
• Wallets (Paytm, PhonePe, etc.): 1–3 business days after approval.
• EMI payments: Refunds will be credited to the card used; your bank/NBFC will adjust the EMI schedule. This may take up to 10–15 business days.

Razorpay-processed refunds are subject to RBI settlement timelines. Sparq IT Services (India) is not responsible for delays caused by your bank after the refund is initiated.

7. Failed or Duplicate Transactions

If your payment failed but your bank/card was debited, or if you were charged twice for the same transaction, please report this within 48 hours to support@sparqacademy.in with your transaction details. We will coordinate with Razorpay to resolve this as a priority within 5 business days.

RBI mandates that failed transaction auto-reversals occur within 5 business days for most payment modes. If you have not received an auto-reversal within this period, please contact us.

8. GST on Refunds

In accordance with Indian GST regulations, the GST component of the course fee is non-refundable once the supply of digital services has been initiated (i.e., once course access is granted). The refund, if approved, will be net of GST as per applicable rules.
