Sparq Academy, operated by Sparq IT Services (India), provides digital-only, one-time purchase access to professional execution frameworks. This policy explains how order cancellations and account terminations are handled. Please read this in conjunction with our Refund Policy.
If you have initiated a payment but have not yet completed it (e.g., you are on the Razorpay payment screen), you may exit the payment flow at any time. No charge will be applied to your account. Any hold placed on your funds by your bank will be automatically released within 3–5 business days per RBI guidelines.
Once a payment is successfully confirmed by Razorpay and course access is granted, the order is considered fulfilled. As this is a digital product delivered instantly, there is no cancellation window after a successful payment.
However, if you change your mind within 7 days of purchase and have accessed less than 20% of the course content, you may be eligible for a refund under our Refund Policy. Please email support@sparqacademy.in to initiate a refund request instead.
If your payment failed but your account was debited (a "payment failure" scenario), the amount will be automatically reversed by Razorpay/your bank within 5 business days, as mandated by the Reserve Bank of India. If you do not see the reversal after 5 business days, please contact us at support@sparqacademy.in with your transaction details for escalation.
You may request deletion of your Sparq Academy account at any time by emailing support@sparqacademy.in with the subject "Account Deletion Request". Please note:
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend any account at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if we determine that you have violated our Terms of Service. Grounds for termination include but are not limited to:
Accounts terminated for violations are not eligible for any refund, regardless of course consumption level or time since purchase.
Filing an unjustified chargeback (payment dispute) with your bank or card issuer without first contacting us is considered a violation of this policy. We maintain full transaction records and will provide complete documentation to our payment processor and your bank to contest fraudulent chargebacks. Accounts with active chargeback disputes will be immediately suspended pending resolution.
