Sparq Academy does not guarantee any specific financial results, revenue outcomes, client acquisition numbers, ranking improvements, or business growth from the use of our frameworks, courses, or coaching programmes.

Any case studies, testimonials, income figures, or performance examples referenced represent past results achieved by Sparq IT Services or by select students. These are exceptional cases and are not typical. Individual results will vary significantly based on:

3. No Job or Placement Guarantee

We do not guarantee, arrange, or promise employment, placement, internships, freelance clients, or any minimum salary — for any online course, membership, or offline coaching programme. What we do provide is the training itself: how the skill is used in jobs, freelancing, and businesses; guidance on building portfolio work; and practice at presenting that work. Whether that converts into a job, a client, or a business depends on you, your portfolio, and the market.

No trainer, counsellor, or representative of Sparq IT Services (India) is authorised to promise you a job, a placement, or an income. If anyone tells you otherwise — in a counselling call, in a message, or in person — that statement is unauthorised, forms no part of your agreement with us, and we ask you to report it to support@sparqacademy.in immediately.

4. Certificates and Accreditation

Certificates issued by Sparq Academy are course completion certificates issued by Sparq IT Services (India) alone. They are not degrees or diplomas, and they are not accredited, recognised, affiliated, or approved by any university, government body, statutory authority, or regulator including the UGC, AICTE, or any state education board. They should not be presented as an academic qualification.

5. Not Professional Advice

Fees, durations, and batch schedules displayed on our marketing pages — particularly for offline coaching — are indicative and are confirmed in writing during counselling and at admission. The written admission confirmation prevails over any figure shown on a marketing page.
