All Sparq Academy online courses are pre-recorded, self-paced modules — you learn on your own schedule with no live sessions to attend. Each lesson is a structured execution walkthrough rather than a lecture. Live, in-person teaching is available separately through the offline coaching batches in Lucknow.

Most online content teaches concepts. Sparq Academy teaches the exact step-by-step processes Sparq IT Services uses for real, paying clients. Every lesson is something you can apply immediately on a real project — not just theory.

None for Beginner courses. Each course is labelled Beginner, Intermediate or Advanced. Beginner courses assume zero prior experience. Intermediate and Advanced courses assume you can navigate the relevant platform (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads and so on). There is no prerequisite or entrance test to enrol on any course.

Lifetime access on individual course purchases. Once you enrol, the course and all its future updates are yours permanently. When a course is updated with new material you get the updated version at no extra cost. All-Access subscribers keep access to the full catalogue for as long as the subscription is active.

Courses run 8–14 hours of video content. At 1–2 hours a day most students finish in 1–2 weeks. Because every course is self-paced, you can take as long as you need.

Yes. Digital marketing changes fast — algorithm updates, platform UI changes, new tools — so every course is reviewed and updated at least quarterly. You always have access to the current version at no additional cost.

Yes. Offline coaching batches run in person from the Sparq IT Services office at Office No. 53 UGF, Prime Plaza, Munshipulia Chouraha, Sector 16, Indira Nagar, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh 226016. These are instructor-led batches with a fixed schedule, separate from the self-paced online courses. Batch dates and seat availability are listed on the coaching pages.

Payments are processed through Razorpay and accept UPI (PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm), credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), net banking and wallets. All prices are in Indian rupees.

Yes. You are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase provided you have watched less than 20% of the course. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. The Refund Policy page carries the complete terms.

Yes. All-Access is a subscription covering every current and future course for ₹999/month or ₹7,999/year. Individual courses remain available as a one-time purchase with lifetime access, so you can pay once for a single skill or subscribe for the whole catalogue.

No. A one-time course purchase is exactly that — no recurring charge, no upsell required to finish the course, and all templates and resources are included in the price. The All-Access subscription is the only recurring charge, it is opt-in, and it can be cancelled at any time.

Yes. For a team of 3 or more, email support@sparqacademy.in for a bulk quote. Sparq Academy regularly onboards entire agency teams.

Payment confirmation occasionally takes a few minutes. If 15 minutes have passed and the course still is not in your dashboard, email support@sparqacademy.in with your payment reference number — these are resolved within 2 hours on working days.

Yes. Completing 100% of a course automatically issues a verified digital certificate to your account. Each certificate carries a unique ID and a public verification URL at sparqacademy.in/verify/[id] that anyone can check.

Sparq Academy certificates are recognised by hiring managers at digital agencies and by freelance clients familiar with the Sparq IT brand. They are not a government or university accreditation. The certificate is strongest paired with a portfolio of real work executed using the course frameworks — that combination is what wins jobs and clients.

Yes. Every certificate has a public verification URL you can add to your LinkedIn profile under Licences & Certifications. Recruiters and clients click through to confirm authenticity instantly.

You cannot lose it. Certificates are stored permanently in your dashboard under the Certificates tab and remain reachable at their unique public URL.

Any device with a browser — desktop, tablet or mobile. Sparq Academy is fully responsive and can be installed as a Progressive Web App from your phone browser for an app-like experience without an app store. Progress syncs across devices.

No. Lessons stream online and cannot be downloaded, which is what guarantees you always see the current version of each lesson. Downloadable templates and worksheets are provided as files you keep.

On the Login page, click "Forgot password?", enter your email, and a reset link arrives within a few minutes. If you signed up with Google you have no password — use "Continue with Google" instead.

Yes. Go to Dashboard → Profile → Account Settings to update your email. A confirmation email is sent to the new address before the change takes effect.

Yes. Account data is stored on Supabase, a SOC 2 certified platform. Payments are processed exclusively by Razorpay — Sparq Academy never stores card or banking details on its own servers.

Yes. Every enrolled student gets access to the Sparq Operators community to share work, ask questions, get feedback and network with other digital professionals across India.
