Who We're Looking For
Every Sparq Academy course must meet the same bar as the SOPs we run for real client campaigns. We only work with instructors who have the client receipts to prove it.
3+ years of hands-on experience in your domain (not just theory)
Able to show real client results, case studies, or portfolio work
Comfortable recording clear, structured screencasts or walkthroughs
Willing to update course material at least twice per year
Aligned with the Sparq execution-first philosophy — outcomes, not lectures
How It Works

A 30-minute call with the Sparq Academy team to discuss your expertise and curriculum outline.
Record one sample lesson (10–15 min). We review quality, structure, and depth together.
Once approved, we sign a revenue-share agreement and you begin full course production.
Your course goes live on the platform with a dedicated launch push to our student base.
